Shipping Information:
Spoiled Canine will try to get your items to you as soon as possible! Items that are in stock will usually ship within 24 hours and items that are not in stock will be ordered from our designers/manufactuers immediately and will typically ship from our location within 7 days. Items that are labeled "sold out" are not available for order at this time due to production or backorders. We like to keep our customers updated on the status of their orders and will always send an email notification once the order has shipped. Please note items may be shipped via UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service and can take up to 10 days for delivery. Shipping Costs:
All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item(s) ordered and the distance traveled. Products ordered will all ship together to keep costs down for our customers, unless special shipping needs are requested.
Cancellations:
Please contact us at spoiledcanine@yahoo.com within 1 hour of placing your order to cancel. Orders placed during business hours can be packaged and shipped very quickly to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
Returns/Exchanges:
Please see the following rules and guidelines below for all Returns/Exchanges.
• Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted if the item(s) are in their original packaging, tags still attached (if applicable), and in sellable condition. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to return merchandise.
• All requests must be submitted to spoiledcanine@yahoo.com with your name, address, phone number, email, and reason for return/exchange.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be issued to you for all return/exchanges PRIOR to us receiving your item(s). If an item arrives without the RMA, the return/exchange will not be processed.
• If an item arrives to you damaged for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. This is not common, but we must be notified ASAP. Instructions will be sent to you once we are notified.
• Due to the nature of our canine friends and their sometimes unpredictable chewing habits, plush dog toys cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All sale items are final.
